Dolphins

While at the yellow house on retreat, we took the ferry a few times for a meal out.  The ferry is a fantastic place to view dolphins!  These beauties love to frolic and play in the Gulf water, especially if a ship is moving quickly through the channel.  I enjoy looking for them, watching them play and interact with each other and the ships, and identifying them by their coloring, tails and fins.  They have personalities much like humans.  Some are loners and others are all about the party. I was thrilled to get to capture photos of multiples swimming in pods. These are just a few of my favorite photos.  We were excited to get to see these dolphins breaching and jumping out of the water as they swam in front of this ship.
