It's summer and that brings to mind camping adventures. What would camping be - in your backyard or at a planned facility - without the campfire favorite of s'mores? I have created a recipe that allows you to enjoy this favorite but as a cool treat. It makes up in under 5 minutes and is a great last minute make for gatherings. It's so yummy that, naturally, everyone will be asking for S'more!
What you need:
Graham Cracker Pie Crust
2 Small (or 1 Large) Container of Cool Whip
1 Large Box of Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
1/2 Bag (about 2 Cups) Mini-Marshmellows
1/3 Cup Chocolate Syrup
You don't need to soften the Cool Whip if you are using a mixer. Soften it if mixing by hand. Add the pudding mix and begin blending. Add the syrup to the mix. By hand, fold in the marshmellows gently. Add this delicious chocolate mixture to the graham cracker pie crust. Put in fridge to keep firm until you are ready to slice and serve.
